Blue Stone Lofts

In the spring of 2007, Wiss Janney & Elstner invited United Restoration to
submit a bid on the restoration of four story brick condominium in Atlanta,
Georgia. Following some brief negotiations, the homeowner’s board decided to
award the contract to United. The project consisted of masonry restoration,
installation of through wall flashings and waterproofing systems, removal and
replacement of the roof, coping stone replacement, façade recladding,
waterproof coating, new handrails, and electrical upgrades. Working hand in
hand with the engineering firm, United was able to overcome multiple
unforeseen conditions by quickly providing solutions and producing the
additional work in a timely manner.
