The Galvez Building is one of the office buildings built as part of the Capitol
Park Master Plan. It is a 12-story, 350,000-square-foot facility that houses
several state agencies. United Restoration was contracted to perform window
perimeter sealant replacements, wet glazing at specific locations, precast
façade cleaning, façade water repellant application, pedestrian traffic coating
at balcony, and installation of balcony awning. The scope of work also
included excavation of the basement perimeter, installation of bentonite
waterproofing, and reinstallation of sprinkler systems and landscaping.
