History
United Restoration & Preservation, Inc. was formed in late 2006 and began completing contracts in early 2007.
With a concentration on customer service and job specific dedication, United Restoration prides itself on not only completing contracts on time and in a safe manner, but also delivering a final product that completely satisfies the owner. Our principals collectively have over 125 years of experience in the restoration business.
And with that experience comes the learned ability to successfully work side by side with owners, architects, engineers, manufacturers, general contractors, and subcontractors. United Restoration encourages a team approach, promoting collaboration and communication to ensure the best product and system is implemented.

These factors, along with the time frame for construction, are important for an owner to investigate. Using AIA Document A305™–1986, the contractor may provide a sworn, notarized statement and appropriate attachments to elaborate on important aspects of the contractor’s qualifications.
