Affectionately referred to as the “Rockpile” the Alamo Stadium is recognized in the National Register of Historic Places. The Stadium has served as a sports venue since opening its doors in 1940. While retaining its fundamental historic integrity, the stadium required extensive renovation to restore its grandure. United Restoration assisted with seating replacement, concrete restoration, new expansion joints and sealants, and 150,000 square feet of traffic coating in the seating areas. The facility is now available as a multi-sport venue, including football, track and field, and soccer.
