Alex Box Stadium

United Restoration was awarded the installation of a 40,000 SF Neogard
Traffic Coating System to the Alex Box Baseball Stadium Located on the
Louisiana State University Campus in Baton Rouge, LA. This scope of work
entailed removal, storage, and reinstallation of all existing chair back seats from the entire covered stands section from third base to first base. All existing bed joints and expansion joints between the precast seating panels were removed and replaced. Concrete repairs were performed at spalling locations, as well as, existing cast-in-place steps were demolished and reinstalled. Upon completion of the traffic coating system, aisle & row numbers, as well as step edges were stenciled. Even with dramatic weather conditions (freezes, snow, etc.), URP was able to complete the project on time before the LSU Baseball Season.
